PSA: Yoga Canceled Today (Sunday)

Due to the snow. ⛄️

(read: Oklahomies are terrible driving on the fluffy stuff)

All yoga classes are canceled today.

I know.

Tragic.

Devastating.

Your hamstrings were emotionally prepared & everything.

But don’t worry—your tight hips will survive one more week of suspense.

Use this time to:

• stretch dramatically in your living room

• practice savasana under a blanket

• sip something warm and tell yourself it’s “restorative”

We’ll reconvene next week when the snow melts, the roads reopen, and we all remember how to balance again. 🧘‍♀️✨

Stay safe, stay cozy, and don’t pull anything reaching for snacks.

It is the day of the Winter Solstice. The shortest day of the year. It is a day of contemplation and celebration. There are still a few spots left for my two classes today. 1pm is a heated Holiday FLOW where we will celebrate the upcoming chaos that the next few weeks bring. At 2:30pm SURRENDER (yin) we will have a special extended Yoga Nidra mediation. Stay after class for tea or hot chocolate and a chance to spend time with our fellow yogis and friends. Reserve your spot in the app or just show up. We will make room.

Thanksgiving Day Yoga FLOW is at 8:30am.

Registration is open now.

Trot on over to the app and make sure and reserve your spot because class will fill up faster than you will on gramdma’s pecan pie. If you want to bring an out of town guest or two shoot me a message or comment here and let me know.
