It’s one of our favorite events of the year—GRANDFRIENDS! We're excited to welcome your student's "Grand Friends" - grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other special people to campus! Thank you to all our special ECLC friends in Mrs. Kern, Mrs. Eskridge and Mrs. Wing’s classes who made our first day of celebration such a success.

Two AMAZING opportunities coming up for our students! One meeting coming up this Monday. Monday, September 14 | 5:30-7:00 p.m. | Where: MS Dining Hall
Daniel Ellis of Show Me Tours will host a parent meeting to share information about this year’s summer trips. Monte Cassino has partnered with Mr. Ellis for more than 25 years, and the experiences he creates for our students are truly outstanding! This summer, our 5th and 6th graders will travel to Boston, while our 7th and 8th graders will head to New York City. Join us Monday to learn more!

TOMORROW! Thursday, September 10, we will celebrate our Founders Day Mass with Bishop David Konderla at 10:00 a.m. in the Middle School Gym. Students in grades 3–8 will attend Mass.

After Mass, we will premiere our new Monte Cassino School History Video, telling the story of the people, places, and moments that have shaped our first century. A reception will follow in the MPAC, where we will also unveil our new Centennial Timeline, providing another opportunity to see the remarkable history of Monte Cassino unfold across 100 years.

Mrs. Jenkins’s Pre-K3 class has been learning about different types of lines (straight, curvy, vertical, horizontal, diagonal). This is in preparation for the introduction of letters, numbers, and shapes. The class had so much fun tracing different lines in glitter!
