Congratulation on your decision to attend College! Student Housing Specialists has partnered together with local colleges to provide students with attractive and affordable housing options. We have carefully put together two options to meet your housing needs. Option 1: The Roommate Plan – You and 3 other students will live together in a two bedroom apartment. Apartments will
be fully furnished with living room, dining room and bedrooms suites. All utilities, electric, gas, and water are included, as well as trash service and pest control. All students will have full use of apartment amenities including clubhouse, pool and laundry facilities, Cost for this program is $425 a month per student. To enroll it this Option, requires you to pay a $150 non-refundable housing fee, which can be split into 2 payments of $75 (due on enrollment and upon move in). Option 2: The Individual Plan – This plan is ideal for students with families, pets, or those students who prefer to live alone. Option 2 students have the option to select amenities for their lifestyle such as in unit washer and dryer, extra bedrooms, limited access gates or garages. Students will be responsible to provide all of their own furnishings and utilities. Cost for Option 2 is decided on a case by case basis based on features and amenities selected. Students must qualify based upon their rental, credit, and employment history. Not all students may qualify. As a student, you must decide which housing option works best for you. No matter which option you decide is best for you, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably 30 days prior to your start date to make sure we have your housing ready for you. If you decide on Option 1 complete the housing request form and submit the housing fee to reserve your spot. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Spaces are not considered reserved until both the housing request form and the housing fee are received by SHS. We will contact you 2 weeks prior to your move in date to schedule an appointment for your move in time. We will work closely with you and your admissions representative to insure that your housing will be ready for you to move in on your expected move in date.
