O most gracious Virgin Mary,

Inspired by this confidence,

O Virgin of virgins

These students were members of Mrs. Galvan's second-grade class last year. When we asked Mrs. Galvan how she
prepared her students for this year's academic expectations, she shared a few reflections:

1. Positive affirmation: She offered positive affirmation to each and every student throughout the year.

2. Individualized preparation: She spent many hours after school assessing how her students were performing individually in order to better prepare a learning plan for each student.

3. Prayer: Mrs. Galvan prayed for her class every day.

Often times when I witness a beautiful sun rise, I am reminded of God’s Love and Radiance.

Yesterday, Saints Peter and Paul 8th grade class visited Bishop Kelly High School. Here are just a few highlights… “Drum Roll Please.”

We were welcomed by BK’s very own drum line where two of our 8th graders were given the opportunity to experience their first drum line!

The last photo is our introduction to the class mascot in Miss Jones biology class.

Attending daily mass as a school and parish community helps keep us nourished and focused on things above rather than all the small details on earth. This is the greatest gift of being part of the Saints Peter and Paul church and school community!

Yesterday, we welcomed the Sisters who will be serving our school community throughout this school year. We are truly blessed and grateful to have them with us, and we look forward to all that God will accomplish through their service and presence in our community.
