I have been playing piano for over 40 years, and teaching piano for over 20 years.

I specialize in children's lessons, and I taught Miss Oklahoma 2000 & Miss Oil Capital 2016 who used music for their Talent. I have two recitals a year, in May and December.

I'm located near the Woodland Hills Mall in central Tulsa, and offer a smoke-free, Christian environment, teaching on a beautiful grand piano that will inspire your child.

I'm a member of the Music Teachers National Association, and my day job is teaching at Owasso High School.

Many of my students ask what is the most important feature when purchasing a keyboard? The one most important feature would be to have "touch sensitive" keys. That means that the keys when pressed down should feel like a piano, not an organ. A mid range priced keyboard is the Casio Privia PX-130.
