Enrolling in the Oklahoma’s Promise program can ensure a path to higher education is accessible for all students. Tulsa Public Schools wants to help make sure every option is available to our students as they plan for their future. As such, all TPS 8th graders are required to complete the Oklahoma’s Promise application or a nonparticipation form before they can receive their 9th grade schedule in August.

Attention families of current 8th graders! Even if your child plans to attend their designated home school next year, you need to submit an enrollment application to secure their spot. Confirming your student’s enrollment choice for the important 9th grade year means we can better prepare resources, plan for classes, and ensure a smooth transition to high school.

The first enrollment window for the 2026-2027 school year closes on Feb. 6! Complete your enrollment application online at enroll.tulsaschools.org or visit our Enrollment Center at 2819 S. New Haven Ave. weekdays between 8am and 5pm.

Information gathered from this form helps ensure that our district receives the proper amount of state and federal funding. Without accurate reporting for every student, schools risk losing significant resources that directly impact classrooms, staffing, and student learning opportunities.Call our main office as soon as possible to receive assistance completing this short form over the phone. Today was a great day at Carver. We welcomed back a Carver Alumnus, Dr. DaNA Carlis, the new director of NOAA’s National Severe Storms Laboratory in Norman, Oklahoma and the first African American to hold this position. Carver’s band walked him in to an auditorium with all of Carver’s students present and family and friends! Let February 17th be known as Dr. DaNa Carlis Day!!
