Today was a great day at Monroe! 💛🖤
We successfully hosted our Feeder Fun Friday, and it was incredible to welcome our future Mustangs into the building. From the moment they walked in, our 5th grade scholars brought energy, excitement, and positivity and our staff and students showed them exactly what Monroe is all about.
Huge shoutout to our feeder schools for sending such outstanding scholars:
Elementary, Anderson Elementary, Elementary, Unity Learning Academy, Celia Clinton Elementary, Elementary,Walt Whitman Elementary School, and John Hope Franklin Elementary School your students represented you well!
Special thank you to our partners at City Year Tulsa for helping make the day run smoothly and supporting our scholars throughout the experience.
Days like today remind us how strong our feeder pattern is and how bright the future is for Monroe. We can’t wait to welcome these scholars back as Mustangs soon!

Enrolling in the Oklahoma’s Promise program can ensure a path to higher education is accessible for all students. Tulsa Public Schools wants to help make sure every option is available to our students as they plan for their future. As such, all TPS 8th graders are required to complete the Oklahoma’s Promise application or a nonparticipation form before they can receive their 9th grade schedule in August.
Learn more about Oklahoma’s Promise and ways we can support you in completing yours at www.tulsaschools.org/OKpromise.
