Come see us!

Head to ONEOK Boathouse on Friday, November 22 for a morning of music and activities with Seedling Symphony and Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation! 🎻☄️ At the event, young children will be able to interact with instruments, listen to a live performance of "Astronaut Scout Discovers Flight" by the quarter, and participate in a paper airplane activity. These one-hour sessions will take place at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

🌱 ABOUT SEEDLING SYMPHONY:
Seedling Symphony is a program developed by the Signature Quartet musicians to raise the level of music exposure for early childhood. The program introduces young children, six and under, to complex and intricate music using string instruments. Seedling Symphony works with children in early learning centers and schools throughout the Tulsa area. The programming reaches hundreds of students each year with this interactive, fun, and educational experience.

Come on out tomorrow with your little ones and have a blast with Signature Symphony Quartet and Aerospace engineer Branson Rhoads! This event is free to the community!

Signature Symphony at Tulsa Community College launched Seedling Symphony in 2014, an educational engagement program developed by Signature Quartet musicians. Seedling Symphony raises the level of music beyond nursery rhymes and lullabies to expose young children, from birth to eight years old, to complex and intricate music using string instruments, violin, viola and cello, in a fun, interactive, live performance. Seedling Symphony works with children at 20 early learning centers throughout the Tulsa area and focuses on STEM.

On October 11th, Seedling Symphony will be offered to the community for FREE at the TCC Southeast campus Vantrease PACE. Our new Astronaut Scout Discovers Flight, learning and music with Signature Quartet, instrumental petting zoo, and lots of hands-on aerospace activities developed by an Aerospace Engineer.




Sessions take place Friday, October 11th, 2024 at Tulsa Community College Southeast Campus’ Vantrease PACE located at 10300 East 81st Street.

This Friday, April 5th at 10:30am and 11:30am Signature Symphony's Seedling Symphony (which raises the level of music beyond nursery rhymes and lullabies to expose young children to complex and intricate music in a fun, interactive, live performance) will be giving a FREE and OPEN to the public performance of "Astronaut Scout Discovers Flight" at the Discovery Lab Amphitheater complete with an instrument petting zoo. A team from Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation will be joining us with fun interactive airplane activities afterwards until 3pm. Come learn about Flight and take-home some FREE learning projects through a fun STEAM experience. This is appropriate for ages 0-8 years old.
