First known as the Tulsa Law Journal (1964-2001), the Tulsa Law Review dedicates itself to publishing “outstanding scholarly works covering the full spectrum of the law that stimulate critical thinking, provoke legal debate, and guide the law in a direction that better serves our society.” (Tulsa Law Review preamble).
