Last Friday at Grove Elementary started with rain but ended with smiles as students and staff - and Principal Randi Aubertine - celebrated the last day of school.

Union Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children in the community ages 1-18 without charge and are the same for all children.

Children do not need to be enrolled at Union Public Schools to receive meals. All meals must be eaten onsite per USDA regulations.

Elementary Intramural Track & Cross Country Programs Information Union Athletics has announced its elementary intramural track and cross country programs for the summer.

Grove celebrated the final Baby Book Club of the year today! Throughout this year, we have loved having moms and grandmas join us for these fun Fridays. To wrap up the program, families enjoyed a special donut party with siblings included.

A big thank you to Early Learning Works by Tulsa Educare for providing free books and snacks for our families. It was such a fun and meaningful way to end the year.

We are already looking forward to starting Baby Book Club again next school year! One of the best parts of this program is the connections it creates, and it was wonderful to hear these families making plans to get together over the summer — exactly the kind of community this special program hopes to inspire.

Grove had our final Character Award and Student of the Month assembly today, celebrating LOYALTY! Students were recognized for their hard work and positive character, along with several other special awards: Perfect Attendance, Never Been Absent (NBA), Golden Tray, and Safety Patrol Students of the Month. To make the day even more memorable, we got to hear 1st Grade Teacher, Mrs. Rasnic sing a song from Frozen 2 dressed up as Elsa as her birthday wish — and she did an amazing job! Such a fun way to celebrate the end of the year together. 💙

Today our Grove 5th Grade Graduates celebrated with a fun-filled day at Chandler Park! Students enjoyed hiking the trails, visiting the nature center, participating in a scavenger hunt, and playing on the playground. Our amazing Grove PTA treated everyone to pizza and popsicles for lunch, and we wrapped up the day with a special ice cream party also provided by our incredible PTA. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our 5th Grade graduates and all of their hard work this year! 🎉🍕🍦

Last Friday we celebrated one of our favorite traditions — the Senior Walk! 🎓❤️ Former students returned to walk the halls of Grove Elementary School one last time before their Union High School Graduation. Our current Grove students loved cheering them on, and we are so proud to see all that these Seniors have accomplished.
This day was filled with special moments as former teachers and staff were reunited with these students, the students had one last PE, and they got to play with some students on the playground at recess. We also had several Grove staff members’ children in this Senior group, which made the day even more meaningful.
So many memories, smiles, and full-circle moments were shared on this day!

For our Friday of TAW, we want to say thank you to MidFirst Bank for the grab and go breakfast items, plus other free stuff!
And for Lunch, we had a sweet Grove Family that works at Carrabba's coordinate a donated Lunch for us, which was wonderful.

And our Friday Grove PTA Raffle winner was Nurse Joni (and Hank) who won the Movie Basket! Congratulations!

PLUS... Mickey Mouse also came to Grove to spread some JOY to Teachers and Staff! This was a spectacular way to end our Teacher Appreciation Week celebrations!

We just want to say a BIG Grove Thankful Thursday - Thank you for the wonderful Food Truck Lunch provided by Marshall Family Catering sponsored by our amazing Union Financial neighbors: SSC CPAs + Advisors & Merit Financial Advisors. As always, everything was fantastic! They also had a raffle drawing for a QT card as well. So exciting! And we were so thankful for the gorgeous day!
This was the 6th annual TAW Food Truck tradition from them for our Teachers and Staff. We are so grateful!
Plus, our Thursday Grove PTA Raffle winner was Kelly Stark, who chose the Laundry Basket. Congrats!
