Ready… Set… Hunt! 🔎🎉

Our Clark staff kicked off the new school year with a scavenger hunt full of laughs, teamwork, problem-solving, and a little friendly competition! Activities like this help us build relationships, strengthen communication, and remind us that the best teams know how to have fun together.

One of our favorite stops along the way was the ESC, where our staff had the opportunity to thank the amazing ESC team for all of their hard work throughout the summer.

We wrapped up the day with a pool party to cool off, relax, and make even more memories before welcoming our students back. A team that laughs together, works together—and we’re ready for an amazing year at Clark! 💙☀️

Help us welcome Mrs. Corbit to the Clark Cowboy family! 🤠❤️
We are excited to welcome Heather Corbit as Clark’s GATE teacher! Mrs. Corbit earned her degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and spent the last 14 years teaching choir. In her own words, "I am crazy excited to be teaching Gifted and Talented this year and glad to be back at Union!" When she's not at school, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, watching movies, and traveling. We can't wait for our students and families to get to know her. Welcome to Clark! ❤️

Thank you to the 105 students, families, staff, and community partners who joined us for Popsicles on the Playground last night! Watching kids laugh, play, reconnect with friends, and make new memories reminded us what makes our school so special.

Strong attendance starts long before the first bell — it starts with students feeling excited to come to school and families feeling connected to our community.

A huge thank you to the Tulsa Fire Department for helping us cool off and making the evening unforgettable! 🚒💦

Help us welcome Amanda Erter to the Clark Cowboy family! 🤠❤️
We are excited to welcome Mrs. Erter as one of our 1st grade teachers! This will be her fourth year in the classroom. She earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Western Governors University, with a master's in Curriculum and Instruction. Originally from Virginia, she has called Oklahoma home for the past 10 years. When she's not teaching, she enjoys reading, building LEGO creations, and spending time outdoors with her family at the zoo, parks, or pool. Mrs. Erter is passionate about helping little people learn, grow, and become amazing humans while having fun along the way. We can't wait for our students and families to get to know her. Welcome to Clark!

Help us welcome Emily Anslover to the Clark Cowboy family! 🤠❤️
We are excited to welcome Mrs. Anslover as one of our 1st grade teachers! She earned her degree from New Mexico Highlands University and began her career as a kindergarten assistant before becoming a classroom teacher. When she's not at school, she enjoys crocheting, crafting, and spending time with her three sons. Mrs. Anslover is excited to help our first graders learn, grow, and have a wonderful year. We can't wait for our students and families to get to know her. Welcome to Clark! ❤️🖤

Let’s welcome our new specialist!!!

Mrs. Barron joins us as one of our Speech-Language Pathologists. She loves reading, spending time with her family, all things purple, and penguins.

🗣️ Mrs. Payne joins our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist and brings valuable experience from Union Public Schools. She will be serving both Clark Elementary and Peters Elementary and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.

🧠 Mrs. Steelmon joins us as our School Psychologist and is passionate about supporting students, families, and staff. Outside of school, she enjoys soccer, spending time with her family, and treating herself to something sweet.
