Seniors, diplomas can be picked up starting tomorrow!

Office hours through June are 9AM-1PM, Monday - Thursday. The building will be closed in July.

Please note that all fees, books and technology (including lunch fees, library books, textbooks, Chromebooks and chargers, etc.) must be paid for/returned before you can pick up a diploma.

Left is Buck Colbert Franklin and right is Mary E. Jones Parrish. These are what heroes of Tulsa history look like.

Franklin, in the embers of his life 105 years ago, working from a tent, fought and beat Tulsa leaders at the Oklahoma State Supreme Court to wrestle the land of Greenwood from the Tulsa Real Estate Commission helmed by Tate Brady.

In that same heap of ash, Parrish, the owner of a typing school on Greenwood Ave., realized that one's story is all they have and captured hundreds of eyewitness accounts of the Tulsa Race Massacre, and assembled them in a book called Events of the Tulsa Disaster (1923).

These people solidified the two primary documents on which all knowledge of the Massacre is built. Without them, the hunter would still be telling the tale of the hunt and we will be further mired in darkness and misinformation.

Use this 105th anniversary weekend to thank their memories and ancestors for the continued work to keep the story correct.

TSAS Field Day!

Tomorrow night is the first ever TSAS Spring Fest and here’s the agenda: there will be music and art gallery walks available from 6-7. From 7-7:30 we’ll host a discussion about the history and future of the school with a few past and present staffers, and then we’ll have more music, art and performances from 7:30-8.

There will be street tacos, a coffee cart from our friends at (all available for purchase) and we will have new TSAS merchandise available with our BRAND NEW LOGO!!!

The fun starts at 6!

We’re honoring the end of the year in style! Spring Fest is this Saturday and that will kickstart us into the following week with Spring Spirit Week from 5/18 - 5:22! Dress up each day to celebrate the season and the end of the school year 🎉🥳🎊

Spring Fest is coming up this Saturday night! In the middle of all the music and art, we will have a brief panel discussion featuring past TSAS teachers, present educators and admin to talk about the past, present, and future of the school.

We would love to see former alumni, staff and parents alongside our current community as well to celebrate and reflect upon the past 25 years of the school. All are welcome to the event starting at 6!
