Yes, there are those out there that are close-minded and they'll say ➡️

◾️I don't get it
◾️That's weird
◾️No one will understand
◾️"TONE it down" - no one will ever "accept" this

That s**t hits hard - I KNOW

It makes you feel like who you truly are, your uniqueness, what you create, your passion is...wrong

You feel like a "fish out of water"
You want to hide
You want to retreat into that "comfort cocoon"

So often I see focus so much on either light OR dark

You “heal” from the darkness and then you don't ever have to worry about it again…because you're healed and you “cured” it.

Now it's only light, happiness, and high vibe

BUT, here's the thing - that is BS 💥

YES, you can absolutely heal and learn how to work through your shadows, triggers, and “darkness”, but it will never fully just go away

It's still part of you and always will be
It's part of what makes you who you are
Don't let that scare you

You can learn how to alchemize what power the darkness had over you and have turned it from pain to POWER

I had to learn how to do EXACTLY that

I naturally am bubbly, vibrant, sparkly, love color, and am laid back

But, I KNOW darkness

For a long time, I battled with my darkness, let it overwhelm me, and was afraid of it

◾️I've walked through it…DEEPLY
◾️I know what it truly feels like to be lost in the void
◾️Feeling emptiness, broken, and hopeless
◾️Feeling lost & like you're drowning in your own emotions
◾️Feeling like a prisoner of your own mind & pain

I have lived with depression and anxiety for most of my life

I also have lost everything, and have never felt more hopeless

For a long time, I thought this was going to forever be the rest of my life - struggle, pain, and lost in the darkness

I also used it as an excuse not to move forward out of fear

👉Darkness will always be part of me, but it no longer rules me
👉I realized the power in the duality
👉I am light AND dark

◾️Through DEEP lived experience, I’ve learned how to live WITH my darkness
◾️How to alchemize it, learn my triggers, and the WHY behind them
◾️I learned from my past pain and how to move forward, instead of drowning in it and letting fear take over

✨️You feel it in your heart & soul
✨️You know you weren't meant to blend in or shrink down

But, somewhere along the way you forgot
You disconnected from the "HER" you've always been

No matter what your brain is telling you
No matter what others may think or say

You're afraid to be confident

This can be a very triggering statement

But, if we're being really honest, it is SO true for a lot of us

Buuut - that's OK

It's times like this when we deeply realize something like this, that our lives can change the most

We can confront our shadows, and the truths and the WHY of some of what's been truly holding us back

To connect with what we've wanted the most…..

To find true CONFIDENCE in who we our and what we truly want for our lives, & start moving forward

HOWEVER, I'll be very REAL with you ➡️

It is NOT an easy process & journey

Confronting some of those shadows and truths will be one of the hardest things we will do

Our brains will go into hard core “fight or flight” mode trying to keep us safe from the uncomfortableness of this journey

To make us feel that it's not “safe” to be our most confident selves & a shock to our nervous systems when we try

We'll feel it in our bodies
That tightness in our chest

That incredibly nervous “butterflies in our stomach feeling

But, we can learn how to work through

So we can finally ➡️

Feel what it's like to finally walk in “HER” shoes

To feel a new feeling in our bodies

The feeling of freedom, ease, & true CONFIDENCE in who we are

No more shrinking down or dulling yourself out of fear

To be the “HER” that you've dreamed of

The “HER” that knows who she is, doesn't apologize for it, & doesn't let fear run the show anymore

Guess what?
She's ALREADY inside of you
