From exciting swimming adventures and climbing opportunities to meaningful lessons that inspire our youth, every day is filled with moments that build confidence, friendships, and lifelong memories.

As we prepare to celebrate Juneteenth, our youth participated in a special "Breaking the Chains" activity, symbolizing the enduring pursuit of freedom, equality, and justice for all. ⛓️‍💥

These experiences are about more than fun, they are opportunities to educate, empower, and encourage the next generation to become leaders who value unity, respect, and compassion.

🌟 Off to Camp Heart O' Hills! 🌟
This morning, excitement filled The Salvation Army North Mabee Youth Center as several of our youth departed for an unforgettable week at Camp Heart O' Hills!

Before they left, our Executive Director, Mr. Jake Law, gathered the youth for a powerful moment of encouragement, inspiration, and motivation. He reminded them that they are leaders, that they have unlimited potential, and that every new experience is an opportunity to learn, grow, and discover more about themselves. His words challenged our campers to embrace every moment, make new friends, step outside their comfort zones, and return home stronger and more confident than when they left.
At North Mabee, we believe experiences like summer camp do more than create memories they build character, confidence, resilience, and leadership skills that will last a lifetime. We are grateful that our youth have the opportunity to participate in an experience that will encourage personal growth, teamwork, and a deeper sense of purpose.

As they begin this exciting journey, we ask our community to join us in wishing them a safe, fun-filled, and transformative week at camp. We look forward to hearing about the friendships they build, the challenges they overcome, and the memories they create.

Our summer is off to an incredible start, and this is only the beginning!
Every smile, every laugh, every new experience, and every positive interaction reflects our commitment to providing North Tulsa youth with a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

A huge thank you to our staff, volunteers, community partners, and supporters who help make these opportunities possible. Together, we are creating unforgettable experiences and investing in the next generation of leaders.

🍩❤️ What a Phenomenal Day at The Salvation Army North Mabee Center! ❤️🍩

Today, we had the privilege of celebrating National Donut Day, a tradition deeply rooted in the history and mission of The Salvation Army. We were thrilled to be among the beneficiaries of this special day and to share delicious donuts, fellowship, and community with our youth and families.

The excitement didn't stop there! Our young people were inspired by a special visit from former Mabee youth participant and professional basketball player Anthony Pritchard, who returned to pour back into the next generation. Seeing one of our own come back to encourage and invest in our youth was truly powerful.

We were also honored to welcome members of the Tulsa Oilers, who spent time connecting with our young people and helping make the day even more memorable.

Moments like these remind us of the incredible impact that positive role models, community partnerships, and caring adults can have on the lives of our youth.

Thank you to everyone who helped make today special. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve, inspire, and celebrate the amazing young people of North Tulsa.

Community Makes the Difference!❤️

Tonight at The Salvation Army North Mabee Center, we were blessed to gather with our North Tulsa teens for an amazing Teen Night filled with fellowship, laughter, meaningful conversations, and great food.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our North Mabee Advisory Council and our dedicated community leaders whose generosity made tonight possible. Because of your support, we were able to provide a meal from Raising Cane's and create a welcoming environment where our young people could connect, build relationships, and simply enjoy being together.

Every investment in our youth is an investment in the future of North Tulsa. We are grateful for leaders who continue to show up, give back, and believe in the potential of the next generation.
To our teens—thank you for bringing your energy, positivity, and enthusiasm. You are the reason we do this work, and we are honored to serve you.

Together, we are building stronger youth, stronger families, and a stronger community.
