Big congrats to our newest blue belt Last night he put on a beautiful display of the entire Essentials curriculum alongside some guard work he’s been developing this year.

Getting the blue belt isn’t easy. There’s a lot of curriculum to cover and it takes time, but the results of the process is amazing.

We couldn’t be more proud of Hayden and the hard work he’s put in on his path here at Method. 👊🏼

and .bowling both won their divisions at the no gi masters World Championships in Las Vegas with Kenny also winning the open class with all submissions.

Then and both dominated at the AGF tournament both showcasing a bunch of submissions.
