May is complex month for me. It has been since 2004. My daughter, Abby, made me a mom May 12, 2003. I went into labor on Mother’s Day and she entered this world 23 hours later. She left this world suddenly August of 2004. Every May I imagine how old she would be turning, what she would be interested in, what her life might have looked like. Every May I celebrate her life, her birthday and in the same week celebrate Mother’s Day. For me, Mother’s Day is filled with grief, pain, loss, gratitude, grace, and so much love. Some years are harder than others. My two incredible children who are still on this earth bring the joy to Mother’s Day.

If you know a grieving mom, send her some love this Mother’s Day. A simple note to let her know you’re thinking of her can mean more than you would imagine. Say her child’s name. Give her the space to share about them.

Our children are not gone. They are simply guiding us from the spirit realm. If we can heal our trauma and raise our vibration, we can soften the veil between the spirit world and our world making communication with them so much easier.

Sending all the grieving moms comfort, peace, and healing especially this week.

Did you know that your soul is a dichotomy?

Did you know that our energy can divide? When we come to this earth a piece of our soul stays with the Divine.

When our children transition before us, we are already there to lovingly embrace them into the inner life. Our children recognize us immediately, as we are often part of the same soul family and agreed on our paths in this lifetime before we ever came to earth.

Time doesn't exist in the inner life. Time is a construct we have created on Earth to help process events and organize our lives. Our children are not waiting on us to join them, we are ALREADY THERE TOGETHER.

Understanding this has brought me great peace. The teachings I was exposed to growing up, led me to believe I had to wait until I passed on to be able to have a relationship with my precious departed baby girl.

Once I understood I could consciously connect to life force energy, my higher self, AND my daughter my world broke wide open! I am no longer living in deep grief, depression, and hopelessness, unable to enjoy my life experiences.

Now, I communicate clearly and frequently with my Abby. Sometimes I initiate contact, and sometimes she does. I have found extreme peace in my life having this direct connection to her.

"How many children do you have?" That simple question used to send me plunging into a spiral of chaos and grief.

I remember when I used to crumble under the weight of that question, but I learned something powerful - our thoughts shape our reality. Yes, every one of our 60,000 daily thoughts sends a vibration into the universe, drawing back a similar vibration to construct our lives.

So when we dwell on the cruel unfairness of a child's departure, we might find life becoming even more impossible. I say this with compassion, as I know the deep suffering and trauma that come from loosing a child.

When we tell ourselves we won't be complete until reunited with our child beyond, we risk pulling ourselves into further emotional chaos and fragmentation of our souls. And when we fear that joy is forever lost to us after such a tragedy, we might attract even more trauma, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy of pain and suffering.

This doesn't have to be your reality.

Belief, combined with your energy, is a powerful manifestor. Here's how you can begin to transition from a repeated cycle of grief and negativity to an automatic mindset of gratitude:

Cultivate daily gratitude aligned with your challenges.

For instance,

👼 List 5 shared memories with your child that warm your heart.
👼 Recall 5 lessons about love that your child taught you.
👼 Identify 5 qualities that you discovered within yourself while parenting your child.

Switch your focus from absence to abundance. Instead of constantly yearning for their physical presence, tap into the love and joy they brought into your life that you carry with you every day.

Employ energetic and trauma modalities. Techniques like intuitive energy healing and hypnosis can swiftly address and heal both conscious and subconscious thought patterns, while also dealing with the energetic body and releasing trauma. As you tune into your intuition, you'll notice a direct line of communication open with your child who has passed. They're waiting for you to realize they're still with you.

The amazing news? You are the architect of your own reality. Your child desires your complete healing. And the journey to transforming your life can begin whenever you're ready.

90% of people have unresolved trauma.

I unknowingly lived with it for over 16 years.

I didn’t know trauma rewires the brain and nervous system.

I didn’t know the body becomes addicted to those chemicals and states of being.

I didn’t know healing was possible.
