Who knew creating gluten-free pasta was so much fun? Huge shout out to my dear friend Gary. He captured these beautiful moments during this gluten-free pasta class. This family booked a private class in their home. Together we created and learned the science behind gluten-free pasta dough. After class, I created a three course dinner using the pasta we made during class. What an amazing opportunity and a very memorable experience.
