💉🩺 Practice now… patients soon!

Our Medical Assistant students are putting in the work in the lab, practicing their sticks and blood draws as they prepare for their next BIG step! 👏

In just a few short weeks, they’ll begin their 10-week externship while continuing to attend class two days a week. This hands-on experience will allow them to take what they’ve learned and apply it in a real healthcare setting. 🧡

And after that? GRADUATION! 🎓✨

They’re getting so close to the finish line, and we can’t wait to watch them take this next step!

🌟 STUDENT SPOTLIGHT 🌟

We’re excited to recognize Olivia Simms, one of our Diagnostic Medical Sonography students! 🧡

Olivia chose the field of sonography because she has always been fascinated by the power of technology to uncover what can’t be seen while also giving her the opportunity to help others. She was drawn to ATA College because of the program’s fast-paced learning environment and supportive faculty.

Throughout the DMS program, she is especially proud of her strong work ethic and maintaining a great GPA. After graduation, she plans to earn as many registries as possible and hopes to work at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, with a goal of working in general and pediatric sonography.

Outside of sonography, she enjoys reading, cooking and baking, and art. 📚🎨🧁

We are proud to have Olivia as part of the ATA College family and can’t wait to see where her dedication and passion take her next! ✨

✨ Motivational Monday ✨

What motivates our Mrs. Helstrom, our RN Program Director as an instructor?

It’s coming back on Monday and seeing our students and hearing about how they spent their weekend doing something they enjoyed other than studying. 🧡

Because becoming a nurse is important, but so is taking a moment to live, recharge, laugh, and enjoy life along the way. 🩺✨

We’re proud to have instructors who care not only about the nurses our students are becoming, but about the people they are today.

Halfway there and a whole lot closer to becoming sonographers! 🧡

Our DMS students officially reached the halfway point of their program, and of course that called for cake! 🎂👏

They’ve already put in countless hours of studying, scanning, practicing, and growing — and there’s still so much ahead. We’re incredibly proud of how far they’ve come and can’t wait to watch them finish the other 50%! ✨

Keep going, future sonographers — the finish line is getting closer! 🎓
