Dearest ULI family,

Hope you are doing well.

Since the closing of school, ULI faculty and staff have delved into new jobs and plans, but we still keep in touch. Whenever we get together, we always talk about wonderful and fun memories with you. We miss you all!

I am working at Oral Roberts University Online and Lifelong Learning Department and I wanted to share a new educational opportunity. What can we say about these special, special people who are absolutely a joy to work with. Not only are they gifted teachers, but they’re some of the most generous and caring people we’ve ever encountered. Although we all are saddened by the closing of ULI, we feel deeply honored to have served our students with all the teachers both present and past. We’re proud to call you our friends!

Thank you all the ULI family who sent texts, FB messages, emails, and left heartfelt comments on our page. Words cannot describe the gratitude we have for you. Our hearts are full because of your love and support.

We close this chapter knowing that God is good, and we are truly blessed.

Unfortunately, ULI has to say goodbye forever on Friday, December 8, 2017. We are among many ESL programs closing in the USA this year as a result of economic and political problems in various countries and the difficulties and perceived difficulties in getting a student visa to study in the USA. Despite our best recruiting efforts, our student numbers are far too low to sustain the school.

We feel privileged to have had so many wonderful students and teachers from around the world over the last 26 years. You are all members of the ULI family and will be missed. Thank you for the wonderful memories and for the part you all played in helping us to fulfill our mission to make a positive impact on international relations and to further the cause of mutual understanding and peace.

Our full-time price for non-F1 students already in the Tulsa community has decreased to $1795 per session/level. Students study 5 days a week x 5 hours per day x 7 weeks for a total of 175 hours of intensive English language instruction. Just imagine how much better your English could be! The placement test for our Fall II session is October 19th at 9am. http://www.uli.net
