Our preschool program integrates a Christian curriculum with academics, including (but not limited to) number concepts, language development, art, science, cognitive skills, music, and motor activities. Our goal is to develop the unique potential of every young student by providing a solid Christian foundation and offering the skills and concepts needed for kindergarten. Activities are development

ally appropriate to balance play and learning, while promoting competence, independence, self confidence and kindergarten readiness. Our staff of teachers are chosen for their educational background, Christian commitment, classroom experience and understanding of the needs of young children. The Learning Place maintains a low student-teacher ratio to achieve an individualized learning approach and a positive classroom environment.

For the letters “F” & “H” Mrs. Kathy’s PreK class learned about frogs, fish, our hearts and Humpty Dumpty. We learned about the frog life cycle, tried jumping as far as a frog can jump, listened to our hearts (then ran in place and listened to our hearts again to see if they were pumping faster!), and learned the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty! It was a fun and happy week for our class!!❤️❤️❤️

We have had an excellent and extraordinary start to our school year! The Intermediates have made new friends and connected with friends from last year. We have made Es with Play Doh, painted with feathers, made rainbow fish, written our names, played outside, sorted fruit loops by color, made scissor salad, and celebrated a birthday!!

Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall, Humpty Dumpty had a great fall. All the kings horses and all the kings men couldn’t put Humpty Dumpty back together again. We had fun morning in the Pre-K classes predicting if Humpty Dumpty would crack when he fell.
