Yearbooks are available for pick-up TODAY from 9am - 12 noon at Farrar. You may pick up the yearbook that you ordered, and/or order one for a second round of printing. Thank you!

If you ordered a Yearbook for your student, they are scheduled to arrive Thursday and we plan to distribute them that day. We will not have extra copies available at the school; however, McMurr’s will take orders and can do another printing if needed. If you were unable to order a yearbook through Farrar, please call McMurr’s at (931) 461-0034 to order one.

Farrar faculty and staff have been so fortunate during Teacher Appreciation week, we have been spoiled by our PTO and parents! Flowers, meals, treats, and so much love has come our way, we cannot tell you enough how much your thoughtfulness has meant to us! THANK YOU from your Farrar Family!!!

5th 2:40 - 2:45

Parents and Guardians,
Due to the weather, we will move all Field Day events INDOORS for this morning. Unfortunately we do not have the space to allow parents in the building for the morning events.
Parents are welcome to come and eat lunch with your student at the following times, check in at the front office:
K: 11:00
1st: 11:10
2nd: 11:20
3rd: 11:40
4th: 11:50
5th: 12:00
We will still have a food truck available for you to purchase lunch if you wish.
Afternoon events are expected to resume OUTSIDE at 12:30.

Field Day is still planned for tomorrow, although we expect it may be a wet day! Please send a change of clothes, a towel and a water bottle with your child tomorrow.

Any parents or guardians wanting to watch the field day events will first need to check in at the front office to receive a visitor's badge.

In case of a thunderstorm we will move the students inside. Parents, if you are here watching the events please note that parents & guardians will not be allowed in the school during a thunderstorm; we ask that you wait out the bad weather in your car. Grade level teachers will stay in communication via Dojo updates to let you know when we will resume activities outside.

Parents, if you plan to eat lunch at Farrar tomorrow we will have the TN Sliders Food Truck on site if you would like to purchase lunch. Parents & Guardians will not be able to order through our cafeteria tomorrow.

We appreciate your flexibility tomorrow with a schedule that may need to change periodically, our main goal is to make this a fun and active day for our students!!! Thank you for your support!!

Khayden Stachel: 1st Place
Khayden also won 1st Place in the State competition, and her artwork will now go on to the National competition!!
