We had 10 volunteers join us in Orosi this morning picking cara cara oranges. Although the team was small, their impact was HUGE because together they harvested 4 full bins for FoodLink to take back to their warehouse. Its amazing how only 10 volunteers in just 2 hours will help feed 100s of people in the coming week. ❤️
We also want thank the property owners for donating their crop! It is such a beautiful location with the green foothills in the background.
If you own a large property of fruit trees that you would like to donate to United Way, Harvesting Hope is here to assist you with volunteers! Please call United Way Tulare County at (559) 685-1766. Your crop donations are tax deductible.

Unfortunately, due to dense fog in parts of Tulare County, today’s harvest has been cancelled. Since we cant predict when the fog will lift and in the interest of the safety of our volunteers, we decided to push today’s harvest to next Saturday, February 7th. Thank you!
