Moved some piglets from the nursery into the barn on chips today. Excited to see how they progress!

We weaned our remaining May litters today and we are excited to see how they turn out!

We still have January/February weaned lambs available for fall fairs if anyone is looking for a reasonable price. We do have April lambs that we are getting ready to wean too!

Finals have started at COS for the Spring 2026 semester but we have been farrowing a few gilts/sows over the past few days with one to go.

If you have a December, March or April Litter from COS, you are eligible. Please reach out with any questions and/or concerns. This is an awesome program for youth in its second year in CA!

We had our COS AG Awards this past Thursday at COS Tulare. Attached are the awards of the COS Animal Science, Dairy Science and Vet Assisting.

We had another successful LAP AI this past Friday at COS thanks to Dr. James Everett and Mill Creek Veterinary Services. Students got to help out and see how this technology works! Giant things continue to happen at COS Tulare!

With the end of the semester quickly approaching, we had a litter of crossbred piglets today sired by Toe the Line!

We had a very unique veterinary experience today with our COS ASCI students and Mill Creek Vet Services. The vets placed a rumen cannula in one of our heifers, so we can use her for future class laboratories.

We weaned are February set of lambs last week in Small Ruminant Science. We have several January and February born lambs available for upcoming fall fairs. Below is sample of some of the lambs.
