The 2019-2022 tentative agreement was ratified with an 82.2% approval at our General Membership Meeting tonight!! Congratulations REA bargaining team and congratulations members!!! ❤️

Your REA Bargaining Team is currently meeting with the District TODAY, August 14th at the REA Office!

We will be meeting with the District again on Friday, August 16th and Monday, August 19th at KEC.

Please come out and show your REA Bargaining team some support!

Wear RED, bring a sign, and let’s stand together UNITED to support your bargaining team who is advocating for YOU!

On Friday and Monday, we will meet on the sidewalk outside of KEC and proudly display our signs of support to the community members driving and walking by! We will also show the District that we are UNITED and in SOLIDARITY! This is an opportunity to remind those at the table that we all support our bargaining team and that we demand a fair contract! It is also an opportunity to engage community members who support their local educators.

These dedicated activists are about to enter the Ways and Means committee meeting to voice the extreme concerns we all have regarding a bill in the docket slated to substantially CUT Certificated members’ salaries!! REA members! Tomorrow, Friday, February 15th is a 90-minute late start arrival time for staff. The 90-minute PLC time has been cancelled!! Please arrive 30 minutes before the regular Friday late-start student arrival. NO PLC time tomorrow!
