Beginning January 2026, four TYD high school seniors will be selected to participate in a 12-week paid work experience—earning wages while strengthening their academic goals, building soft skills, and stepping confidently toward their future.

This 12-week, paid program goes beyond the classroom—creating pathways, purpose, and real opportunities for our students. When you choose a TYD school, you choose education plus possibility ✨
