Veterans Upward Bound Tucson

This Wednesday and Thursday is the Tucson Veteran Stand Down and Career Fair! Come chat with us and other resources for veterans at the Ramada Inn from 9am-3pm.

The Pima County One-Stop Kino Resource Center will be having a recruiting event on February 3rd, 2025, from 9AM - 1PM.

Please refer to the flyer in this post for more details and information, as they will be looking for multiple positions to fill!

The Kino Service Center will be having a recruiting event this Friday, January 31st, from 9AM - 11AM. They are looking for a Office Support Level 1 Specialist.

Quail Construction will be having a recruiting event Thursday, January 30th, from 1PM-3PM. Attached is a flyer with more details and information, but they are looking for Traffic Control Technicians!

Just a small announcement for those of you that are planning to enroll at Pima Community College this coming Spring 2025 semester: today, Tuesday, November 12th, class registration has opened up and you may begin selecting your courses for Spring 2025 semester.

Be sure to get a head start if you are enrolled in a competitive field, as classes might go fast!

VUB of Tucson will be at the Pima Downtown Veteran space (RV 150) tomorrow, November 13th, if you would like to come in and get some assistance with registration/enrollment.

This event will have resources available for Veterans, there will also be assistance with eligibility, to enroll in benefits, whole health, and other mental & physical wellness programs.
