Join me to relax and reset, stretch and breathe.

We will be focusing on a grounding, anti-anxiety class.

All levels welcomed, no experience required. This is a great practice for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

30% of our donations go to a non-profit of the teacher’s choice.

We encourage you to bring your yoga mat, blanket, and water.

❤️‍🔥 For my 40th birthday this year, I’m choosing to invest even deeper into my path, my purpose, and the work I feel called to share in the world.

Instead of gifts, I’m asking for support toward something that is truly meaningful to me… 🙏

My co-facilitator Amanda and I create sacred spaces here in Tucson where people can reconnect with their bodies, heal sexual trauma, and awaken their authentic desire and life force. We witness people soften, open, and come back into a passionate, present relationship with themselves and for many, a deeper sense of prayer and devotion through the path of sacred sexuality.

This work is deeply personal. It has transformed my life, and I feel devoted to offering it with integrity, safety, and care.

Now, we’re being called to go deeper.

We have the opportunity to attend an advanced Temple Somatics training, which will expand our skills and capacity to support others in healing, connection, and embodied awakening.

Somatic Sexual Healing Training Help Neve Grace LLC reach their goal by donating or sharing with your friends.

It feels tender to share this… and I hope my vulnerability meets something honest in you.

My hair meant so much to me.
And so did my addictions.

There were times I convinced myself I enjoyed smoking, drinking,
and maybe part of me did.
But a deeper part of me was quietly asking for something else.

This season, I cut my hair.
In part, to honor my sobriety.
In part, because Spirit asked me to.

And I listen.
Even when it’s hard.
Even when it doesn’t make sense.
Even when I don’t like it.

I haven’t fully landed in this new version of myself yet.
It feels unfamiliar. A little raw.
But so does growth.

With this shift, I’ve also begun my spring cleanse. It’s a rhythm I’ve returned to for over 10 years now.

Ayurvedic cleansing has been one of the most powerful anchors in my life…
gently unraveling addictive patterns in my body, my behaviors, my thoughts.

Year by year, I soften.
I choose more love.
I become more honest.

And here I am,
learning to love myself without the hair,
without the vices,
without the identities I once held onto.

This path isn’t about perfection.
It’s about remembering.

And becoming.
