The Alpha Pi Omega Sorority, Inc. was founded at UNC-Chapel Hill on September 1, 1994. It is the first Native American greek letter organization in the Nation. The sisterhood has 10 undergraduate chapters and 6 professional chapters with over 500 sisters representing 70 tribes across the nation.
