I was at the training you did for Leading Edge Academy this summer. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate what you taught us. I have implemented several strategies into my lessons already this year, TIPS journals which I combine with generative sentences......LOVE THEM!...,partner reading, and a few others. But my favorite so far was the one I was least excited about initially, text rendering. Oh my word! My students were having the best conversations today with each other about what they chose and why they chose it. They started adding onto what others were saying. Game changer!
