Caitlin Cameron, PharmD is an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science and serves as the Curriculum Director for the R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy at the Phoenix Bioscience Core Campus. With expertise in adult acute care, curriculum design, and community health outreach, Dr. Cameron is dedicated to advancing pharmacy education and ensuring equitable access to care for underserved populations.
She is an active leader within the college, serving on the Curriculum and Assessment Committees, Faculty Council, and contributing to national organizations such as the Arizona Pharmacy Association, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, Rho Chi Society, and Kappa Psi.
Her excellence in teaching and service has been recognized through multiple honors, including the Schnellmann Family Faculty Award (2023) and the Faculty Service and Outreach Award (2021).
Dr. Cameron continues to inspire the next generation of pharmacists through her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to advancing the profession.

Christopher Edwards, PharmD, BCPS, FASHP is an associate professor with the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Director of Emergency Clinical Pharmacotherapy with the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Department of Emergency Medicine. He maintains a clinical practice in the emergency department of Banner University Medical Center Tucson and has been an emergency medicine pharmacy specialist for over 15 years.



Dr. Edwards has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers and book chapters and serves as co-editor of a textbook titled “Basic Skills in Interpreting Laboratory Values” and as lead editor for an upcoming textbook titled “Foundations of Emergency Medicine Pharmacotherapy.” He serves as deputy editor-in-chief for the Journal of Acute Care Pharmacotherapy. He has earned several awards for didactic and bedside teaching and leadership.


Dr. Edwards served as the inaugural chair of the Board of Pharmacy Specialist’s (BPS) Council on Emergency Medicine. He currently serves as a member of BPS’s Council on Pain Management and as technical editor for the American Board of Emergency Medicine’s Key Advances certification maintenance program for all board-certified emergency medicine physicians. Dr. Edwards has been one of Arizona’s delegates to the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) House of Delegates for the past 5 years. He currently serves on ASHP’s Committee on Nominations for the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists and as member-at-large for the board of the Society of Emergency Medicine Pharmacists (SEMP). He has previously served as Chair of ASHP’s Council on Education and Workforce Development and as president of Arizona’s state affiliate chapter of the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacy.
