𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐓𝐄 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬. 𝐀 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!

CTE Teachers from across Arizona came together for our Fall Scope & Sequence Event, sharing their classroom experience, content expertise, and ideas to develop valuable instructional resources for:

⚡ Electrical & Power Transmission Installation
❄️ HVAC
🛠️ Technology Devices Maintenance

Over two days, these educators worked hard, thoughtfully sequencing their Technical Standards, Professional Skills Standards, Academic Standards, Industry Standards, Work-Based Learning, and CTSO opportunities into a practical roadmap for instruction—resources designed by CTE educators, for CTE educators.

We’re grateful for the time, expertise, and energy each teacher brought to the table. Thank you to the subscribing districts who shared their teachers with us! 💙

The CTE Curriculum Connection is proud to join the Arizona Coalition for Career Readiness in recognizing the importance of helping every learner discover their interests, explore what’s possible, and find a pathway toward a meaningful future.

Throughout September, we celebrate the educators, industry partners, and communities helping students make those connections—and creating pathways to opportunity across Arizona.

One of the best parts of this work is getting to recognize people who are doing great things for CTE teachers and students—and this was certainly one of those moments.

It was such a pleasure to celebrate Scottsdale Unified as a 25-26 AZCTECC Member of Distinction at their recent Governing Board meeting. This recognition is so well deserved.

At this week's Governing Board meeting, SUSD was proud to recognize the Scottsdale Unified School District CTE team for being named a 2025–2026 Arizona Career and Technical Education Curriculum Consortium Member of Distinction.

As one of the inaugural recipients of this prestigious recognition, Scottsdale Unified has helped set the standard for excellence in Career and Technical Education across Arizona.

This honor recognizes the district's outstanding commitment to advancing high-quality CTE programs through educator collaboration, professional learning, innovative curriculum development, and meaningful partnerships that prepare students for college, careers, and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 𝐂𝐓𝐄 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐛 at the Association for Career Technical Education of Arizona 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞! It was exciting to see educators diving into the redesigned CTE Curriculum Connection, discovering new resources, sharing ideas, and leaving with practical tools ready to use in their classrooms.
