Looking for an exciting and engaging summer program where students learn how algebra is applied to the real world, and launch water bottle rockets? Did I mention the Algebra Academy is FREE! Must be an 8th grader promoting into 9th grade. Please share widely!
Sites include Alta Vista HS, Sunnyside High School(also serving Desert View High School) and a Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) site at Tucson High Magnet School.

Rising Healers: An opportunity for Native American middle and high school students to learn about healthcare careers. A concurrent Train-the-Trainer event will also be held for educators and community partners.

The Train-the-Trainer session is designed to build the capacity of local communities, schools, and organizations to independently plan and host culturally grounded exposure activities that introduce Native American youth to the full range of healthcare careers, especially those they rarely see reflected in their communities.
