September is Hunger Action Month. 🧡
At EFNEP, we believe fighting hunger is about more than having food on the table. It’s also about helping families build skills they can use every day.
We teach practical ways to:
-Plan healthy meals
-Shop on a budget
-Make food dollars go further
-Build confidence in the kitchen
-Prepare healthy meals for the whole family
These skills matter during Hunger Action Month, and all year long.
Together, we can help Arizona families eat well, build confidence, and create healthy habits that last.

Septiembre es el Mes de Acción contra el Hambre. 🧡
En EFNEP, creemos que combatir el hambre va más allá de tener comida en la mesa; se trata también de ayudar a las familias a desarrollar habilidades que puedan utilizar a diario.
Enseñamos formas prácticas de:

Small steps can help your family start the school year strong. ❤️
Talk with your healthcare provider about your child’s health needs and what vaccines are recommended for their age.

This Grandparents Day, celebrate the people who help bring family, food, and tradition to the table.

On Patriot Day, we remember the lives lost on September 11 and recognize the strength of families, first responders, service members, and communities.
