Parents, you are your child’s first COACH. You can’t expect coaches to teach what’s not being taught at HOME.

Respect, Accountability & Discipline all start at home. Coaches can develop talent but they can’t develop your child’s TRUE character.

If the excuses and lack of effort are accepted at home don’t be surprised when they are doing the same thing in the classroom & on the field/court.

The STANDARD in your home will be their standard during competition and even more important the standard they carry with them in LIFE!

Hands down, the most important decision a family makes is who's coaching their kids…

The wrong coach/staff can crush a kid's spirit and their love of the game.

If I was a high school football player, I would be speed training for the next 8 weeks. Speed and COD training will greatly reduce your risk of injury during the season!

If all you are doing is lifting weights good luck…
