☀️ Native American Student Affairs Summer Update ☀️
Please note that the NASA office will be temporarily closed May 25–29 for floor cleaning and office maintenance.

✨ Sharing on behalf of the UA's Knowledge River Scholars Program ✨
The Youth Archiving Fellowship Program is an exciting opportunity for Pascua Yaqui youth ages 16–24 to explore digital archiving, cultural preservation, and community storytelling.
Participants will:
• Develop digital archiving skills
• Learn the importance of preserving cultural and historical documents
• Connect with community and culture
• Receive a stipend
• No prior experience needed

The NASA office will be closing early today in preparation for the Native American Graduation Ceremony.
Regular business hours will resume on Monday, May 11.

We were so honored to spend the evening sharing dinner with our keynote speaker, before stopping in at the AISES End of Year Banquet with student leaders.
Tomorrow, Dallas will deliver the keynote for our UA Native American Graduation Celebration, and we are excited to celebrate our graduates and all they have accomplished. ✨
We look forward to seeing everyone!

Last minute reminders for Native American Graduation Celebration & NASA Leadership Awards!
🔹 Grad plan to arrive between 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. while doors open for guests at 3:00 p.m.
🔹 Everyone in attendance must follow the UA Clear Bag Policy, including grads and speakers.
🔹 Prohibited items include balloons, confetti, noisemakers, etc.
🔹 For additional Graduation Celebration Guidelines, click the Sprout link in the bio and click this post.
🔹 Staff and volunteers will be wearing easily identifiable red lanyards and badges if you have questions.
