TCDS A and B flag football opened their season at Leman Central today. A team dropped their opener 12-0. B team came out on top with a 20-0 win. Ryker had two touchdown receptions, and Grayson had a pick six to round out the scoring. TCDS A team hosts Pusch Ridge at 4:00 Wednesday, with B team hosting AOT afterwards.

TCDS is looking for a B girls volleyball coach. The season runs from August 22nd through October 21st. Practices are 3:30-5:30 Monday through Thursday, with games played at either 4:00 or 5:00 during the week. We are looking for someone with volleyball experience who is enthusiastic, positive and either has or can apply for a fingerprint clearance card. The games might be over for the school year, but we still have one more opportunity to gather together and celebrate the accomplishments of our student athletes this year. TCDS Boys basketball falls to Leman Marana in the semifinals, 36-28. The Champions battled hard throughout, but their comeback bid came up just short. TCDS Boys basketball, sponsored by CoreCivic, advances to the semifinals with a victory over Leman East today. The boys will face second seeded Leman Marana on Thursday, May 5th at 5:00. TCDS A Boys basketball, sponsored by CoreCivic got back on track with a 38-8 win over AOT. They had a great team effort, with contributions from everyone who played. The boys will be back in action on Monday, April 11th when they make up the game with THS that was rained out.
TCDS A Girls basketball snapped a three game losing streak with a solid 31-5 win over AOT. Aniyah led the way with 13 points. Madi and Xia both chipped in 6. The A girls won’t be back in action again until Monday, April 25th when they travel to Desert Christian for the final game of the regular season.
