The kids had an absolute blast at our latest Kids Night Out! The evening was filled with fun, games, laughter, and a special introduction to Ninja Stars...
Don’t worry — they were the plastic kind! 😄
Our ninjas had a great time practicing their aim, building coordination, and enjoying a safe and exciting new activity with their friends.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night so much fun. We love creating memorable experiences for our students both on and off the mat!

🚨 Smart Girl Self Defense™ – Distance, Time, Safety Class

This high-energy, women-only self-defense workshop teaches you how to manage distance and time so you can stay safe in the real world. You’ll practice practical awareness, avoidance, and decisive responses in a safe, controlled environment.
Who it’s for:
Biological females, ages 12 and older.
Investment:
$89 for your first class (includes a free AIK Smart Girl Self Defense bandana).
All future refresher classes are FREE for past participants.

You are there for the victories, the struggles, the tears, and the triumphs. You remind your children to keep going when things get tough, to believe in themselves, and to never give up. The confidence, discipline, and perseverance they develop on the mat are made possible in large part because of your unwavering support at home.
