This week in COIL our classes celebrated International Dot Day, based on the book "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds, this day encourages creativity, courage, and collaboration. In STEM our scientists continued practicing using their senses to explore the world around them. In art many of our classes have been using different art mediums and were creating with watercolors. In P.E. many classes were finishing up their soccer unit by playing 2 vs 2 games. In music our second grade classes were learning solfège and where all the notes of the scale live on 'Pitch Hill.'
