The new principal of Ironwood, Natalie Burnett, spoke at a meeting in the library lecture hall on April 29. This was her first meeting with parents, teachers, and students.
A native of Anchorage, Alaska, Burnett has eight years of teaching and 13 years of administrative experience. She will take over the position from Mike Scolowicz at the end of this year.

Much Ado About Nothing 02/08/2014

The drama department performed the Shakespeare classic Much Ado About Nothing on Feb. 6-7 in the Blackbox theater. The production was directed by Matthew Scrivner, English teacher. Photos by Skylar Mason, Editor in Chief.

The Iron Quill will be hosting another contest, which will end on Feb. 14. Post any Valentine's Day related artwork (drawings, poems, stories, etc.) The entry with the most likes will be printed in the next issue! Make sure to tag us to be entered!
