5 DAYS UNTIL SCHOOL STARTS REMOTELY!

Many of our schools provided schedules for their families in hopes of making the transition to remote learning as seamless as possible. Students are expected to be engaged in learning throughout the day. Teachers will be taking attendance. Make sure your student is familiar with their schedule. You can even post it somewhere like the refrigerator or a bulletin board.

Some of our summer meal locations have changed. Starting tomorrow, there will be seven locations where you can pick up free meals.

In case you missed it: On Monday afternoon, Gov. Doug Ducey issued an Executive Order that delays the return of in-person education until Aug. 17.

We recognize that this delay raises many questions. The Amphitheater School District will be evaluating what the order means and how the District can best serve the needs of our students, employees and community.

We will share information with you as soon as it becomes available. We remain committed to sharing a draft of our reopening plan on July 7 with any necessary adjustments required by this new directive from the state.
