lesson 41: God goes with me wherever I go
A course in miracles has been such a powerful book for me in guiding me from fearful, ego thoughts back to love.
And this lesson especially has shifted the entire way I used to see God….from an authoritative being in Heaven, somewhere off in a beautiful place I get to go to when I die (if I’m good)…
to this Truth that there is no place that God is not. It is a presence that is always with me (and you) and it doesn’t matter if in this moment you’re behaving in a certain way, or believing in a certain way….
God goes with you wherever you go because God is everywhere. God isn’t a man who is just always aware of everything…God IS.
ACIM calls fearful thoughts foolishness. Even though they feel so real. And even though they can hang us for a lifetime. Ultimately they are foolishness bc fear doesn’t exist in the presence of God.
So when the day comes when you can just witness those thoughts with love, but then remember the truth, they hold no value to you anymore.
You can see the past world that you created as just that. Just the world that you created. Not bad, not good. It just is what it is.
But now you can access something Real, lasting, and life-changing.
You now have access to the keys to Heaven. (Which doesn’t come when you die btw. It is here, now, as is God, ready for you to manifest it on earth as soon as you choose to see Reality beyond the craziness of your mind)
God goes with me wherever I go.
God goes with you wherever you go.
There is no place where God is not.
So what then, is there to fear?
Is there anything that can steal your joy?
Is there anything Real that can rob you of your peace?
Is there any Real place where you’re left alone to struggle?
Remember that God is with you wherever you go and anything that is causing you suffering no longer has a valid place in your mind.
I love you. Xoxo

Old orientation = I am human trying to use spirituality to get a better life
Awakening truth = I am Spirit having a human experience, and life itself exists to strengthen my realization of that.
Life stops being something you’re trying to manage, and becomes something you’re observing and participating in from a deeper place.
Problems stop feeling like threats - they become initiations.
You stop needing life to go a certain way to feel okay. Peace becomes independent of outcomes.
Of course you still desire things like prosperity, success, beautiful experiences, impact….
But you’re no longer emotionally dependent on them.
Your stability comes from IDENTITY. NOT results.
You stop trying to control everything. You still take action but from living in fullness, instead of needing things to look or feel a certain way.
And here’s why this matters.
Living as Spirit changes your experience of life from
survival ➡️ participation
From: “I am trying to make life work”
to: “I am living inside something infinitely larger, intelligent, supportive”
And here’s the deepest part:
It doesn’t just make you calmer.
it makes you:
-more alive
-more present
-more loving
-more courageous
-more free to be yourself
Life stops being something you’re trying to master….
And becomes something you’re allowing yourself to be transformed by.

Partnership with God means that when life circumstances shift, I stand unmoved.
I do not let a temporary decrease in income mean that I need to brace, panic, or make s**t happen.
I also don’t make increase mean something huge or monumental.
Numbers go up and they go down. But they do not define me.
I don’t live in reaction to what happens, or what doesn’t happen.
I live deeply rooted and grounded in Truth.

Desire didn’t disappear. It was waiting for .
You don’t need another strategy.
You don’t need to visualize harder.
You don’t need to “raise your vibration”.
You need to give yourself permission.
Permission to want again
Without bracing for disappointment
Permission to desire
Without self-correcting.
Permission to receive
Without guilt, fear, or over-explaining yourself.
God never asked you to stop wanting.
That was a coping mechanism - not spiritual maturity.
Desire is OF God
And when desire goes quiet, life goes quiet with it.
Most women don’t struggle with money, opportunity, or overflow because they’re blocked.
They struggle bc they don’t actually believe they’re allowed to have what they want.
Permission practice is not about manifesting.
It’s about removing the internal resistance that keeps abundance from moving through you.
This is a recalibration.
A return to truth.
A remembering who you are
And what you were always authorized to receive.
It’s only $7….because this isn’t about worth.
It’s about willingness.
If something in you feels activated reading this -
That’s not curiosity.
That’s recognition.
You don’t need more time.
You don’t need more proof.
You need permission.
And it’s already yours.
PERMISSION PRACTICE link is in my bio.
xx I love you.

Effort is not the way, allowing is.
The minute desire shows up, ego wants to step in and get to work, trying to make something happen. Manifestation becomes effort, just wearing a spiritual hat.
But you weren’t designed to try. Effort only keeps you separate. You were designed to allow. To show up for life to move and be willing vessel for its goodness to be revealed.
Questions like, “how do I make that happen?“ Or “am I doing this right?“ Or questions that the ego is asking because it still has something to figure out. But Spirit has already figured everything out. The way has been made.
Your problem isn’t that you’re not doing enough. You just need to relax into the sweet surrender of allowing….
Notice where you’re bracing, and let go
Recognize where you’re forcing, pushing, even nudging… and release.
Instead of asking, “What am I supposed to do?” Ask, “Where am I interfering?” and then get out of the way.
This doesn’t mean that you don’t take action. Quite the opposite, you’ll likely feel inspired to do something. You are the channel through which your desires manifest.
But you’re not making anything happen. You are the place where desire becomes welcome.
Life is not waiting on your effort - it’s waiting on your availability.
God doesn’t need your problem-solving skills. He needs your willingness.
So yes, show up for life. Be available. Be willing. Be guided. Listen. Move. But there is no place for force here.
I sit here with my fingers on the keyboard and I’m willing. The words come, or they don’t. But I’m not forcing. I’m not trying to make things up. I’m just here. I’m present with the creative wisdom that wants to speak. I’m available simply as a vessel for what wants to come through.
I manifest words on the screen without trying. I manifest opportunities without processes. I manifest a beautiful life day by day, not because I finally cracked the code on manifestation.
But because I let it become something that happens through me instead of something that I do.
I love you.
P.S. The Permission Practice is hereeeee!!!!! (And it’s only $7-for now). Details in link in bio

Somedays are just extraordinary. They’re easy to remember. They hold a special place in your heart.
This was one of those days for me.
One of my son’s biggest passions is basketball. He wants to play for the NBA someday. And I know he can and believe he will.
Watching the game paled in comparison to simply experiencing this evening with him, watching him light up when we kept walking closer and closer to the floor before taking our seats. Hearing him express how we were so close he could feel the fire at the opening blast. Even witnessing him confidently ask for his food to be special ordered with steak instead of chicken (and got it!) when there were simply 3 meal options.
I did not grow up living a charmed life. Money was tight and we were just thankful to have ends meet. I wasn’t asking for a special order. I was just thankful to have food.
I also attribute my heartfelt appreciation for life to the way I was raised. Small things make me smile. I know I’m blessed. It was just different.
I didn’t want to post this, because there’s still a part of me that doesn’t want to show off too much. A part of me that says I’m bragging. A part of me that says I’m being too much. (Oh! And there’s also a voice that says, “This isn’t really a big deal. Why are you making this so special?)
But I’ve learned not to listen to that voice. Because it’s the voice that not only tries to keep me small, but also tries to minimize the velocity of God’s overflow so that other people stay small too.
The day that we can all celebrate each other and the experiences that we are given is the day we all rise a little higher.
We need to understand that my experience doesn’t take away from yours, and your miracle doesn’t minimize mine.
If we all hide the miracles that are given to us because we’re afraid of what others will think, how the hell will we ever start the ripple effect of seeing exactly what’s possible?
How do we inspire others except through how we live?
One of my greatest lessons in life (which took me entirely too long to “get”) is that playing down the good things in life wasn’t serving me. (Remaining post in comments)

Withholding your desires is not holy.
It might look like you’re acting from wisdom, but it’s really fear masquerading as responsibility.
You don’t need to withhold to be safe.
You need to give yourself permission to receive.

Desire is not something you need to manifest, earn, or justify. Desire is God‘s goodness already within you asking for expression.
The problem has never been wanting. It’s how quickly desire gets questioned, blurred, or filtered the moment it rises.
We’ve learned to look at desire through lenses like: “that’s too much” “I should be grateful instead” “who am I to want that?”
Those thoughts don’t mean desire is wrong. They simply distort how it moves. Desire doesn’t need to be forced into form. It needs clarity.
When the internal blurs dissolve - fear, guilt, worthiness-desire circulates naturally. Not because you worked harder. But because you stopped interrupting what was already alive.
Desire isn’t lack. It’s life moving through you.
And your only work is to stop questioning what was never meant to be doubted.
P.S. The Permission Practice is here! If you want to shift how you see desire forever, and finally give yourself permission to want and have, check out my bio. I love you!
