"What level is my kid?" โ the question we get most ๐ธ
Here's the full DeMont curriculum breakdown, from Baby & Me all the way to race-ready:
๐ธ Little Froggs (6โ36 mo) โ Baby & Me! Building water confidence with a parent right there.
๐ข Tadpole โ An intro to swimming. Perfect for nervous first-timers. We go slow.
๐ Goldfish โ Getting comfy underwater. Submersions, kicks, and growing confidence.
๐ชผ Jellyfish โ Independent back floats, diving deeper, building real skills.
๐ Octopus โ Putting it all together. Freestyle with side breathing.
๐ฆ Lobster โ All four strokes. Endurance. This is where it gets serious (and fun).
๐ฆ Hammerhead โ Race-ready. Technique, stamina, and squad prep.
Not sure where your child fits? DM us their age + what they can do in the water and we'll point you to the right class. No pressure, just honest guidance.
Save this for later ๐

โญ Swimming Stars of the Week โญ
Graduating to Goldfish ๐ AND going underwater with his coach?!
These moments are why we do this. Watching a little one go from "I don't wanna" to "WATCH ME" is the best part of our job.
Shoutout to these absolute legends. We're so proud of you! ๐

Pool season is here. Before you head out โ please read this ๐
These 4 things could save a life this summer:
๐ง A 4-foot fence isn't enough. AZ law requires 5ft, self-closing, self-latching, no climbable bars. If you've recently moved or have a new pool โ check yours today.
๐ Designate ONE water watcher. "Everyone is kind of watching" is how kids drown. One adult. No phone. Pass the role out loud.
๐ฆบ Floaties are toys, not safety devices. If your child can't swim independently, use a US Coast Guard-approved life vest around water.
๐ธ It's never too early to start lessons. We take swimmers from 3 months old. Because early comfort in the water matters.
Save this. Share it. It matters more than any post we'll ever make.

This one meant the world to us.
We teamed up with Arizona Diaper Bank and our DeMont families showed UP. 4,300+ diapers collected. 6,500+ total items donated.
Because being part of a community means more than teaching swim strokes โ it means showing up for each other when it matters.
Huge thank you to every family who donated, dropped off, and spread the word. Tucson, you're incredible. ๐

Today itโs a backfloatโฆ
Then itโs a ribbonโฆ
And before you know it, itโs confidence that lasts a lifetime.
This is why we do what we do. Helping kids become as comfortable in water as they are on land. ๐
