Here's the full DeMont curriculum breakdown, from Baby & Me all the way to race-ready:

🐸 Little Froggs (6–36 mo) — Baby & Me! Building water confidence with a parent right there.
🐢 Tadpole — An intro to swimming. Perfect for nervous first-timers. We go slow.
🐟 Goldfish — Getting comfy underwater. Submersions, kicks, and growing confidence.
🪼 Jellyfish — Independent back floats, diving deeper, building real skills.
🐙 Octopus — Putting it all together. Freestyle with side breathing.
🦞 Lobster — All four strokes. Endurance. This is where it gets serious (and fun).
🦈 Hammerhead — Race-ready. Technique, stamina, and squad prep.

Not sure where your child fits? DM us their age + what they can do in the water and we'll point you to the right class. No pressure, just honest guidance.

Pool season is here. Before you head out — please read this 👇

These 4 things could save a life this summer:

🚧 A 4-foot fence isn't enough. AZ law requires 5ft, self-closing, self-latching, no climbable bars. If you've recently moved or have a new pool — check yours today.

👀 Designate ONE water watcher. "Everyone is kind of watching" is how kids drown. One adult. No phone. Pass the role out loud.

🦺 Floaties are toys, not safety devices. If your child can't swim independently, use a US Coast Guard-approved life vest around water.

🐸 It's never too early to start lessons. We take swimmers from 3 months old. Because early comfort in the water matters.
