This is the Sunnyside Unified School District #12's Exceptional Education's Transition School to Work

The SUSD TSW Program is a 3rd party agreement between SUSD, the Department of Economic Security (DES) and the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) to provide transition services for students who qualify for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services.
