Flow of xchange agenda, allowed for adaptation to the groups needs.
Moved to "see, feel, hear" practice in stressful situations since many have attended my heart meditation sessions.
Participants engaged deeply with Dr. Daniel Friedland's models and how these inform their own inner wisdom and teaching
Discussion evolved organically at the end with sharing of insights and next steps for each. The sharing was rich and valuable for participants.

Practice is essential—repetition allows facilitators to internalize the script and deliver authentically
The workshop design flows smoothly, creating natural opportunities for individual and group sharing that energizes the material
Handoffs between co-facilitators were effortless and smooth, making facilitation a collaborative and enjoyable partnership that enhanced the group dynamic
Participants included individuals I have coached, led, and partnered with on large projects—their positive reviews validated the effectiveness of the Xchange model
Future improvement: Not all participants turned on their cameras; future invitations will emphasize the benefit of camera use for deeper engagement
