For the summer, our morning classes are shifting into a Hybrid Wrestling / NoGi style format.

Students will be developing takedown to pin-to-submission combinations, showing the seamless flow between wrestling and our style of NoGi Jiu-Jitsu. The goal is to help grapplers understand how strong wrestling transitions can improve overall control, passing, and submission opportunities.

Our wrestlers are also learning how to become dangerous off their backs — developing reversals, scrambles, and submission awareness instead of getting stuck underneath.

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am

Led by black belt Coach Mercedes White, this women’s-only class is designed for athletes ages 12+ looking to build confidence, improve grappling skills, and increase overall mat IQ in a supportive training environment.

This hybrid program combines:

* No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
* Wrestling fundamentals and transitions

Students will develop:

* Takedowns and defensive wrestling
* Positional control and transitions
* Submission awareness and escapes
* Live situational training
* Confidence, conditioning, and mat awareness

This class is excellent for:

* Women new to grappling
* Wrestlers looking to improve mat IQ and ground awareness
* Athletes wanting additional no-gi experience
* Women seeking a positive and empowering training environment
