San Miguel, a Catholic, Lasallian learning community, empowers youth from underserved communities by San Miguel Cristo Rey is located in Tucson’s south side.
San Miguel Cristo Rey High School opened in 2004 in order to create a learning community where students from families of limited financial means have the opportunity to develop to their full potential. At San Miguel Cristo Rey, students take a full college preparatory course load while simultaneously holding internships, working in corporations and earning a large percent of their school tuition.

We had a fun time chatting with our Summer Step Up teachers about their high school graduation years! We even played the top song from each of those years. It was a great way to relive some awesome musical memories together!
