👩‍🏫 IN SEARCH OF LEGENDARY TEACHERS AT MUSD!

Do you have a teacher who changed your child’s life? The one who believed in your child and went above and beyond for their success? Now is your chance to give them the recognition they deserve! 🌟

A nominated teacher has a chance to receive a $1,000 cash award 💵 along with a $2,000 gift certificate from Tucson Appliance! 🎁

🍂 Make Fall Break Fun with MUSD LEAP Camp! 🍁

Looking for a fun and engaging option for your during fall break? LEAP Camp is back October 5-9 at Quail Run Elementary and Estes Elementary! Contact your school’s LEAP office for registration information.

Students in preschool through 6th grade can enjoy:
🎨 Art
🔬 STEM activities
🍂 Fall-themed fun
☀️ Indoor & outdoor activities

LEAP rooms open 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
Registration: $15 per child
Hourly care is also available.

Fall is in the air at DeGrazia!

Okay, maybe Tucson's version of fall is still a little warmer than most, but we will celebrate these cooler mornings and slightly lower temperatures! As we settle into the school year, there is so much to be thankful for and even more to look forward to. Our DeGrazia community has already shown us how wonderful it is to come together and we're excited for more connection and fun ahead!

A BIG thank you to our amazing families!

Conference Week is a busy time for our teachers and staff, and our community showed up in a BIG way! Thank you to everyone who donated breakfast items, snacks, drinks, and other goodies to help keep our teachers fueled and energized as they met with families. Your generosity helped us remind our teachers just how much they are appreciated.

Upcoming Dates:

Arby's fundraiser on September 22nd! Take a night off from cooking and join us at Arby's while supporting your DeGrazia PTO! More details coming soon.
PTO meeting on September 23rd at 5:30 p.m.! Join us at our next PTO meeting as we continue planning ways to make this school year fun and meaningful for our students and families. Everyone is welcome! Whether you're a regular PTO volunteer, a first-time attendee, or simply have something you would like shared. We will meet online.
And there's lots more fun on the horizon! Your PTO is already working behind the scenes to plan some exciting fall activities, including Boo Bash, Kindness Challenge, Holiday Shop, and more! We can't wait to share more details and create opportunities for our DeGrazia community to come to
