Researchers making fresh produce more local, less wasteful Students and faculty from the University of Arizona’s Controlled Environment Agriculture Center, or CEAC, are turning to mushrooms to grow food through their Fungi Blocks for the Fresh Crops Project.

The 25th Annual Greenhouse Engineering Design and Crop Production has come to a close and we couldn't be more grateful to all our participants, sponsors, and guest speakers! Everyone got a chance to learn something new and be a part of the future of agriculture.

We honored Premier Tech for outstanding leadership and exemplary service in Controlled Environment Agriculture, and the award was received by Jose Chen Lopez, one of our very own alumni!
