Here's to the last harvest of the Teaching Greenhouse! We'll take a short break to clean and prep for next year and then we'll get ready to sew our next seeds and start again this fall. Keep a lookout as we get ready to grow again soon!

Researchers making fresh produce more local, less wasteful Students and faculty from the University of Arizona’s Controlled Environment Agriculture Center, or CEAC, are turning to mushrooms to grow food through their Fungi Blocks for the Fresh Crops Project.

The end of the Spring semester is here and while students are studying for finals and preparing for graduation we challenge everyone to take some time to see what we're growing in our greenhouses over at the Controlled Environment Agriculture Center! Between student projects and our normal *hint hint* 🍅 crop we've got a lot to see and taste!

The 25th Annual Greenhouse Engineering Design and Crop Production has come to a close and we couldn't be more grateful to all our participants, sponsors, and guest speakers! Everyone got a chance to learn something new and be a part of the future of agriculture.

We honored Premier Tech for outstanding leadership and exemplary service in Controlled Environment Agriculture, and the award was received by Jose Chen Lopez, one of our very own alumni!
