Casita De Root just got a Southwest upgrade 🤘

Last monsoon season, the Root family collected these Ocotillo stems and have been waiting for the perfect time to bring this project to life. Fast forward to now… the pool pump fence upgrade is DONE ✔️

Nothing better than creating something with your own hands and making our desert home feel even more connected to the landscape around us 🌞🏜️

Took an amazing walk with my client Collette today, soaking in the beauty of the desert in bloom. The colors, the fresh air, and the quiet strength of the desert this time of year are something special.

It was a beautiful day in Oro Valley, Arizona at one of my favorite spots to train with my client Collette — the park where we meet every Thursday. 🌵☀️

Not only do we get our workout in, but every week our favorite group of Oro Valley’s aging hippies gathers nearby, playing instruments, sharing music, and spreading good vibes for everyone around. 🎸✌️

There’s something special about being outside, moving your body, hearing live music in the background, and soaking up the beauty of Southern Arizona.

Get outside now before it gets too hot!
Fresh air, movement, and community — that’s what it’s all about.

The vibes were immaculate.

The boy reppin’ Forces of Elements Crew, breaking it down at Brick Box Brewery. Movement is movement — whether it’s under the bar, on the turf, or on the floor.

Energy was high. Community was strong. Tucson showed up.

Photo dump: Las Vegas 🎰🏜️ HYROX Relays Edition

Friday Night Lights at the HYROX Relays was an absolute blast. Nothing better than throwing down under the lights and then turning around to watch friends and members step up and compete. Proud coach moment all weekend.

Vegas always brings the energy… but this one hit different.

Next year we’re leveling it up — making it a full 2–3 day trip. A little 🌵 🌲 adventure mixed in with some race-day intensity.

Train hard. Show up. Do it with your people.
