Our local IMT dharma teachers, David Bornstein and Linda Alley-Sarnack, welcomed longtime IMT friend and dharma teacher Howard Cohn to lead a weekend retreat at San Pedro Chapel.
The IMT sangha benefited wholeheartedly as Howard guided us to rest our weary minds in the Natural Great Peace of the skylike nature of mind.
He supported us to be at peace in the world, even in the midst of a world that is not peaceful.

The day will consist of sitting and walking meditation, Q&A, and Dharma teaching. This retreat is open to both new and experienced practitioners. All are welcome.

Extending the spirit of the monks’ Walk for Peace USA journey, more than 100 people, and some peace dogs, joined in the Walk for Peace Tucson event at Randolph Park on Valentine’s Day.
Walking mindfully, holding signs, carrying flowers, all hearts joined in an expression of compassion, kindness, and unity.
As the monks said every day, “May you be happy. May you be well. May you be at peace.”
